Lack of essential school supplies remains a barrier to education for thousands of children across Greece.

Through the Back to School program, Desmos identifies the needs of its nationwide network of nonprofit organisations and provides fully equipped school bags and essential school supplies to children who need them most.

Every summer, we launch a fundraising campaign through which a €30 donation is transformed into a fully equipped school bag, helping more children begin the new school year with the essential tools they need to learn, participate and thrive.

With the help of volunteers, each school bag is carefully packed with all the essential school supplies and prepared for timely delivery to children in need across Greece.

Since 2023, the program has steadily expanded its impact, reaching more children, more non-profit organisations, and more cities across Greece each year. The program’s growth is reflected in the figures below:
