1st Programme Cycle
The first cycle of the “Desmos for Youth” programme supported the creation of 15 employment opportunities across 15 nonprofit organisations, offering young professionals the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills while strengthening the work of civil society organisations.
The positions covered a wide range of fields, from education and psychological support to project management, technology and volunteer coordination.

This first cycle laid the foundation for the programme’s continued development, demonstrating how investing in employment opportunities for young people can simultaneously strengthen the operations and services of nonprofit organisations.
