Frontizo Association

The Frontizo Association for the Care and Support of the Elderly and People with Disabilities implemented the “Home Intervention in Dementia” program with the support of Desmos. Through the program, professionals conducted home visits to 33 families, providing direct support to individuals with dementia and their caregivers. The program consisted of two six-month cycles: the first began in November 2023 and ended in April 2024, while the second began in May 2024 and ended in October 2024.
