Stream Cleanup at OAKA – Artemis AMKE

Stream cleanup initiative to raise environmental awareness

Desmos, in collaboration with the environmental organisation Artemis and the OC Athens sports centre, organised a volunteer cleanup of the stream near the OAKA Olympic Sports Complex in Marousi, Athens.

The initiative aimed to protect the natural environment, raise awareness within the local community and encourage active citizen participation in environmental conservation efforts.

Artemis, an environmental organisation founded by high school students, carries out volunteer cleanup activities across Greece, promoting environmental awareness and encouraging young people to take an active role in protecting nature.
