Impact Study of the “Desmos for Youth” Program (Deloitte, May 2025)

The study showed that for every €1 invested in the program, €11.7 returns to the Greek economy.

In May 2025, the impact study of the “Desmos for Youth” program, conducted by Deloitte, was completed, evaluating its first four cycles. The study highlighted the program’s significant contribution to the employment of young people up to age 30 and to strengthening the capacity of nonprofit organisations throughout Greece, capturing both its direct and indirect social and economic impact.

At the same time, the study highlighted the initiative’s multiplier economic impact: for every €1 allocated to the program’s operation, €11.7 returns to the Greek economy, generating a total of €1,400,000 in economic activity for the period 2016–2024. This finding confirms that investing in young people strengthens communities and generates substantial added value for society and the economy.
