A speech and discussion moderated by family psychologist Alexia Vernicos, focusing on:
- the challenges children and adolescents face today
- increased levels of anxiety
- ways in which parents and educators can strengthen their resilience and healthy development

Small working groups to discuss:
- practical tools

- targeted guidance aimed at immediate application in the family, the school environment, and the daily lives of young people
The workshop is followed by lunch, providing an opportunity for networking and discussion.
