🔥 After the devastating fires of the summer, the Desmos team stood by the local communities in Chios and Achaea.

⚡ From the very first hours, we responded by providing equipment to the volunteer forest firefighting teams in Chios and food aid to those affected by the fires in Achaea.

👥 We then visited both areas and spoke with local authorities and organizations that are active in the field on a daily basis.

We gather information and record needs so that we can respond to the multiple challenges that arise after a disaster.

🌱 Beyond the ecological disaster and the homes that have been lost, the economic activities of the residents have also been affected. Farmers, livestock breeders, and beekeepers are in despair and need support to get back on their feet.

The number one priority right now is animal feed and bee feed so that the flocks and hives that have been saved can survive, especially during the first critical months.
