Eleni Bathianaki has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, specialising in investment banking, private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and corporate strategy. She is a founding member and Managing Partner of Halcyon Equity Partners, a Greek Growth Private Equity Fund with €208 million in assets under management, investing in growing, privately held Greek SMEs and mid-cap companies.

From 2016 to 2022, she served as Partner and member of the Investment Committee at EOS Equity Partners AIFM. From 2009 to 2016, she held the position of Senior Director at Piraeus Group, within the Strategy and Transformation division, where she was responsible for strategic transformation projects, as well as M&A and capital-raising transactions.

Previously, she worked at Morgan Stanley (2007–2009) and Citigroup Global Markets Investment Banking Unit (2002–2007), where she advised on and executed M&A, privatisation, and capital markets transactions for public- and private-sector companies across Greece, Central and Eastern Europe, and North Africa.
