Eliza Damianidou

Program Manager

After earning her degree in Civil Engineering (TE), Eliza pursued a Master’s in Architectural Conservation at the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom.

Since 2016, she has worked in the humanitarian sector, initially with the Danish Refugee Council, supporting the operation of refugee accommodation structures in Attica. There, she first joined the technical department before moving into an administrative role. This professional experience proved pivotal, inspiring her to continue working within Civil Society organizations — a path confirmed and strengthened through her collaboration with Desmos.

She has been working at Desmos since 2022 and she enjoys her duties there as she directly covers basic needs of charitable organizations through individuals’ donations. She is responsible for the Health pillar, the “Desmos Offers Warmth” program and other tailored projects. elisa@desmos.org
