Elisa is a Civil Engineer and holds an MA in Architectural Conservation from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom.

She has worked in the humanitarian sector since 2016, having previously worked at the Danish Refugee Council. She began in the technical department before moving into administrative roles, gaining broad experience in a demanding and dynamic environment focused on supporting people and communities in need.

This experience shaped her decision to continue her career in civil society and led her to Desmos, which she joined in September 2022.

At Desmos, Elisa is responsible for the Healthcare pillar, focusing on effectively connecting private donations with real and immediate needs identified across charitable organisations and public institutions. Through her work, she helps ensure that every donation translates into meaningful support, strengthening the work of organisations and institutions that serve people and communities in need.
