Through specialized programs, we equip public schools, create employment opportunities for young people, and promote the values of volunteerism and social engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key programs under this pillar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desmos for Youth:<\/strong> Provides paid, one-year employment positions for young unemployed individuals up to the age of 30 in charitable organizations. The program strengthens participants\u2019 skills and employability while empowering civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desmos for Schools:<\/strong> Supports public schools with essential equipment and materials, focusing primarily on remote and under-resourced areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teens for Teens:<\/strong> Fosters volunteerism and empowers teenagers by supporting initiatives tailored to their interests and abilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
