Desmos Due Diligence Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Desmos applies a rigorous and transparent due diligence process to assess the organizations it partners with, evaluating both their activities and internal procedures, as well as the social impact of their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This evaluation is based on specific qualitative criteria, with the aim of ensuring the effectiveness, credibility, and transparency of every collaboration. Indicatively, the following aspects are taken into consideration: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The alignment of the organization\u2019s work with Desmos\u2019 four core pillars of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A clear and well-documented description of the organization\u2019s activities, with a defined purpose and focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geographic coverage, with priority given to remote or underserved areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The relevance and justification of the requested needs in relation to the organization\u2019s work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The complete and accurate completion of the required questionnaire, supported by clear and verifiable information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organization\u2019s level of cooperation and consistency throughout the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organization\u2019s operational model and internal procedures, which must ensure transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evaluation of the social impact generated by the organization\u2019s work. A fundamental formal requirement for Desmos\u2019 collaboration with Civil Society Organizations is their non-profit and public-benefit character. Specifically, partner organizations must fall under one of the following categories: Non-Profit Organizations, Non-Profit Civil Companies, Associations, Cooperatives, Clubs, Social Cooperative Enterprises (Koin.S.Ep.), Foundations, or Public Sector Bodies. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
