Terms of Use<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These terms of use (the \u201cTerms of Use<\/strong>\u201d), including the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute your agreement (the \u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201d) with Desmos, a \u039don-profit Foundation established and operating under Greek law, with registered office at 71 Athinon Avenue, 10173 Athens, Greece, registration number 29066 in the Register of Associations and tax identification number 997460285 (hereinafter \u201cDESMOS<\/strong>\u201d), and govern your use of the website www.desmos.org<\/a> (the \u201cWebsite<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Acceptance of the Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. DESMOS operates the Website in accordance with the Agreement. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Agreement, as it may be amended and posted on the Website from time to time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. If you are an individual accepting the Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you warrant that you are authorised to accept the Agreement on its behalf and that the business or legal entity will be bound by the Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Amendments:<\/strong> DESMOS reserves the right to amend the Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion by posting the amended Agreement on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after such changes are posted, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the amended Agreement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. Donations <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. When making a donation to DESMOS through the Website, you may pay by credit or debit card, through PayPal or Every.org, or by bank transfer. If your donation is accepted, DESMOS will confirm its acceptance by sending a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. You represent and warrant that the credit or debit card or any electronic payment method you use belongs to you and that sufficient funds are available to cover any donation you make. DESMOS reserves the right to request confirmation of your credit or debit card details, or verification of the authenticity and ownership of these payment methods, before taking any further steps to process your donation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. By making a donation through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. Use of the Website <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) In order to use the Website, you must first agree to comply with the Agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ii) You will not post, transmit, distribute, share, use or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
