We are committed to managing every donation responsibly, accurately, and with the utmost respect<\/strong>\u2014not only toward our donors, but also toward the people we support. We implement procedures that ensure complete transparency at every stage of our work<\/strong> \u2013 from recording the need to the final evaluation of the impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special Register Ministry of Interior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Desmos is registered in the Special Register of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs)<\/a> in the Ministry of Interior,<\/strong> in accordance with the current legal framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deloitte Impact Assessment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In April 2025,<\/strong> Deloitte<\/strong> completed the 3rd Impact Assessment<\/a> of Desmos for the period 2012\u20132024<\/strong>, which revealed that for every \u20ac1 spent on Desmos\u2019s operations, \u20ac10.7 of economic output is returned to the wider economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost Management Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For monetary donations, Desmos retains an administrative fee of 10% of the net donation amount, which covers the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for each project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, in certain projects, a specific amount may be agreed upon as a donation for the overall management of the project, depending on its complexity (e.g., need for primary research, number of recipients, variety of items, duration or frequency of implementation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, we ensure that every donation is carried out with professionalism, transparency, and maximum social impact, while also strengthening the sustainable operation of Desmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
