(Special Rescue Team)<\/a>&nbsp;through&nbsp;the donation of a Rapid Response Backpack with a Defibrillator! This equipment is extremely useful and necessary for the life-saving work of this Special Rescue Team, that is there at every major disaster either in Greece or abroad trying to save people\u2019s lives!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-405aa110\">Moreover, thanks to the same project, Desmos managed to meet multiple needs of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thessaloniki.gr\/efpathis-omades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social Clinics of the Municipality of Thessaloniki<\/a>&nbsp;such as&nbsp;medicine, equipment and other medical supplies. The Social Clinics of the Municipality of Thessaloniki offer free health services to residents of Thessaloniki and nearby areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-cb947b22\">More specifically, thanks to the valuable help of Unilever and the Galaxias Super Markets, as well as the wide participation of the audience in this promotional activity, we were able to donate dental consumables to the Social Dentistry, special examination lenses to the Ophthalmology Clinic, as well as equipment and supplies to the Microbiology Lab, including a Centrifuge that will allow them to carry out microbiological tests at the clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-03dfa7d5\">Desmos would like to thank Unilever, Galaxias Super Markets and each and every one of the consumers who helped us, through their purchases, to provide significant support to people in need! Access to healthcare is an important human right that not everybody takes for granted and thanks to all of you, we managed to bridge this gap.
