Through the program, professionals conducted home visits to 33 families, providing direct support to individuals with dementia and their caregivers. The program consisted of two six-month cycles: the first began in November 2023 and ended in April 2024, while the second began in May 2024 and ended in October 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-text gb-text-8074ebef\">The action included:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-333b4355\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gb-media-5ebf72e9\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/desmos.digitalnest.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/target-icon.svg\" title=\"target-icon\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-eb19b2ff\">Training family caregivers to manage unfamiliar realities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-d75d071b\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gb-media-6541c08f\" alt=\"\"
