The Desmos for Youth program was launched in 2016 with a dual mission:
To offer unemployed young people the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience.
To support non-profit organizations by providing them with valuable human resources, enabling them to expand their work and increase their social impact without bearing the cost of employment.
Since 2016, five cycles of the program have been implemented, creating 61 jobs in 59 organizations and directly or indirectly supporting more than 91,500 people (Deloitte Impact Study 2025). Desmos fully covers the payroll costs of young people for one year, allowing organizations to strengthen their work without financial burden.
For many participants, this program marks their first professional experience, while for several organizations, it often means welcoming their first paid employee. The program has proven that when you give young people the chance to work, they can generate meaningful social impact, bring innovation, and inspire lasting change.
